After the Doctors Bags for one of our clients were completed in Kansas City and in a truck on their way to deliver to hotels in Washington, DC, one of the advertisers determined their piece wasn’t legally compliant. We had to reroute the truck to a printer we work with in DC, and I hired a team of temps to work with me to pull that one piece of literature out of 5,600 bags. Still got the bags delivered on time.
